Bram Lagrou

Managing Director

Bram Lagrou is a Belgian born psychologist, the author of “Selling Is Out. Create Buy-In”, and a highly sought after management consultant, trainer, coach and speaker.

As a consultant, he assists executives to engage staff and increase revenue within 3 to 12 months.

Prior to his move to Australia in 2010, Bram was a Regional European Sales Manager and International Trainer at Watkins Manufacturing Corporation, a Fortune 500 Company. His experience spans across 25 countries where he has mentored numerous teams to achieve outstanding results.

Over the years, Bram obtained several sales achievement, training and innovation awards. Clients often attribute his motivational abilities, deep psychological insights and creative approach as reasons for their success. 

Andrea Lagrou

Trainer & Coach

Originally from Slovakia, Andrea moved to Australia with her parents and siblings in search of a better life. 

Her background is in retail, hospitality, sales, business development and call centres, where she starred as a top performer.

Personable and customer service driven, Andrea enjoys working together with clients and business partners to ensure desired outcomes are obtained.

She is excellent on the phone and helps others to develop phone skills and maintain a success mindset, which clients appreciate for follow up in sales.

Andrea is studying life coaching. Her expertise in training and coaching to enhance the customer experience is available to people in retail, premium hotels, restaurants, and call centres.

She also does mystery shopping to uncover opportunities for growth.
